I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

Pros

You really learn a lot through the training program. You learn how to multitask, especially when you have a lobby full of people, trying to train the new guy next to you, and the phone constantly ringing. The best part is all the people you will work with. They will become your best friends.

Cons

The hours are no joke. You will never work under 49 hours a week. The customers also are very draining, especially the rude ones. You will also ruin a lot of your business attire due to the car washing.

Advice to Management

The best salesmen are not always the best managers.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You learn how to run your own business. You are in control of everything. They do reward hard work and you can win prizes and get promoted.

    Cons

Pay is horrible considering you have to have a degree. You will sale and not get commission as a trainee but manager pay is not great at all considering the amount of work and hours that are put in.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on leadership than sales when it comes to promoting. Also the starting pay should be 1 1/2 times more. That is big reason people leave for better jobs that pay more with a lot less hours.
