    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The real upside to the management trainee program is that it gives anyone out of college a awesome first job. They gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, management, and customer service. Tools that are all very useful at any other company

    Cons

They work you waaaay to hard for how much you make. Plus they start you out hourly and your incentive is to work overtime so you can actually make some real money. The problem is they won't let you work over 49.5 hrs while your still a MT. But once your an assistant you might as well be their slave because you can easily be logging 55+ hrs a week, no lunch, and have to work every other saturday.

    Advice to Management

Decrease the longer hours or offer better pay
