Lots of opportunity for upward movement. Fun office environment. The training program is great. Family owned.

Cons

Work-life balance. Not flexible with salary. Very Corporate. When one person calls in, your day is overwhelming.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The best reason to work for this company is the employees. They are always so nice. Everyone cares about what you think and feel. It is like one big family. I love coming to work

    Cons

The long work week can be a bit to much. Some managers never tell you a head of time when they need help They just think you know. Some times they can be down right thoughtless. No matter, you always get a chance to voice your opinion.

    Advice to Management

    Be a little more considerate

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Sales culture like none other. If you have no sales experience you will be forced to sink or swim here. All promotions are from within and you will work with great people. It looks great on a resume and after this job you will be able to handle any, I MEAN ANY, upset customer, sales call or stressful situation.

    Cons

This job will consume your life and if I you don't let it you will not be successful. Be prepared to work 11-12 hour days. You will be moved around a lot and expected to commute. Managers are promoted based on their sales ability and usually have no clue how to actually manage, motivate or train employees. You have to go above and beyond for customers and pretty much get treated like garbage all day by customers and accounts. Oh and I hope you enjoy washing cars yourself as well!

    Advice to Management

More work life balance. Your employees are over worked and unhappy and that in turn lowers customer service and sales.
