Pros

Solid accounts people within the agency (used to be called purple@epsilon) and lots of opportunity to sell your ideas, depending on the account.

Cons

> Way behind the technology curve.
> Managers on the creative side are in over their heads.
> The smoke and mirrors only covers up so much. They aren't as "full service" as they try to sell.
> Strategy people do a great job ... of torpedoing every new business pitch possible. It's like they're falling over themselves to fail.

Advice to Management

Get someone in there who knows cutting-edge technology and doesn't just talk about it. Fire the strategy people who don't understand the role of creative. Revisit the performance and review policy and retool for the agency environment.
