Pros

Friendly environment, compensation is ok. Promotions dont happen unless you are in good with senior management and are a high flyer on all projects you work. Nice building in las colinas

Cons

Promotions rarely happen, senior management are very fickle. The choose one direction, and one month later totally abandon chosen approach. Being agile is good but senior management on the technology side are not decisive.

Advice to Management

Get in better touch with the worker bees and promote those who are worthy. Clean house with dead weight middle managers not bringing any value

    Recommends

    Pros

    - Opportunities to move around (laterally & vertically)
    - Employees have a lot of weight in implementing sound business practices and how best to solve client problems
    - Company offers flexibility and work/life balance

    Cons

    - Can work very long hours at weekends at times usually do to poor relationship management on the part of account team leadership and sales (in the marketing technology solutions) offered to clients
    - Lack of centralized knowledge share on dealing with similar client dilemmas and those of employees in dealing with frustrated clients that are not satisfied with levels of service
    - Technology enhancements, efficient business processes, and other cutting-edge custom solutions are not shared among client teams in order to spread knowledge and the firm's capabilities

    Advice to Management

Need to develop a better build process and centralize the availability of knowledge sharing on the account solutions (database, creative, email, web, etc) that all Epsilon departments and teams are doing so that others can utilized (and even sell) to their clients.

    Pros

    None really, good co-workers though

    Cons

Employees treated as commodities. No respect, flexibility .
Horrible PTO/sick leave policies, long working hours

Managers all get a big raise n the actual team gets no recognition...
Lack of flexibility makes work/life balance very hard to achieve...

    Advice to Management

Look for the quality of work an employee does rather than looking at the number of hours put in by him....
the more flexible u wud be of time for resources,, the more u get back!
