Pros

The market leader. Growing very quickly. Hiring very aggressively. Breadth of offerings to customers is great. Database, creative, loyalty, and everything in between. Very competent.

Cons

You will work over 40 hours a week every week. Nights and weekends too sometimes. Very restrictive of computer since data breach in 2011. No wifi in office.

    Advice to Management

Be aware of your employees feedback and needs, most of them are bored and unhappy

I have been working at Epsilon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Everyone seems to be hard working, very talented group of people. For the most part, everyone sticks to a 9 to 5 schedule except for the occasional crunch time. Good place for networking and building relationships. Flexible work arrangements, even supports full time telecommuters.

    Cons

Seems to lack focus and stability. Too much change without allowing anything time to soak. There's a general atmosphere of mistrust of upper management. Guidance and vision is lacking. Benefits could be better. Expectations are often unrealistic, causing cycles of missed deliveries which demotivates everyone.

    Advice to Management

Work on employee retention, there is way too much turn over and turn over is very painful for those left holding things afloat. Do a better job with the benefits package.
