I have been working at Epsilon full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Many tallented people used to work there. Epsilon was a place where you could learn many technologies all at once... some can see this a a con though.

Cons

The IT department is run by a Despotism type structure (defined as "the exercise of absolute power, esp. in a cruel and oppressive way"), and is in the throes of a full collapse. Be very wary of accepting on a position within IT (Information Technology.)

Advice to Management

Advice would not be heard seeing as its a Despotism-type

"Great people work here, but the organization itself isn't focused on retention or training so there's a high turnover"

I have been working at Epsilon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

some really awesome coworkers, interesting projects, nice perks like free lunch on friday and tons of snacks and drinks. nice office location, relatively flexible hours depending on work load

    Cons

lots of large multi-year projects, so not much variation if you're on one of those. no focus on onboarding, training or retention. no evaluation process for higher-ups - only self evaluation. very strict annual bonus/raise policy.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on keeping the people you have rather than just hiring new people. Create some sort of anonymous evaluation process for managers.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Epsilon full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good people; good benefits; flexible time; average pay

    Cons

Overpromises to clients results in teams putting in vast amounts of overtime to try to deliver. Usually results in a disaster that has to be maintained at great effort (more overtime).

    Advice to Management

Stop telling customers you can do a six-month project in two months.
