I have been working at Epsilon as a contractor (More than a year)

Pros

Great co-workers: Most everyone gets along well and work well with one another
Vibrant environment: A great array of events, whether it is community related, a creative contest or a general fun gathering to watch baseball opening day, a carnival or golf outing
Excellent, high-profile clients: Lots of high-visibility with high-level clients give great exposure

Cons

There is a lot of bureaucratic process here. Between approvals and meetings, decisions can sometimes be difficult to come across.
Communication from upper level management can be tough to come by.

Advice to Management

I would love to learn more about new client wins and see more execs at all events, although there are a couple who seem to attend all of them.

I have been working at Epsilon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Opportunity to work on-site at big pharma client.
Decent salary until you divide it by the number of hours you are working.
Decent vacation benefit, but difficult to use because of work load.

    Cons

Poor leadership, Peter Principle in action. just because you can manage tasks does not mean you can manage staff and a large account.
Hire people young and cheap, then work them until they burn out.
No respect for staff and their personal time. Workload requires at least 50+ hours per week.
Management by exception (designed to catch you doing things wrong). Not enough staff to handle the client work load.

    Advice to Management

You need to better manage the client and their expectations. Stop taking on work that you cannot support with the current staff.
Also, probably not a coincidence that the good reviews on this site are mostly from Director level staff at Epsilon

I worked at Epsilon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Hire Freshers at minimal salary

    Cons

epsilon Only thinks about its own profit , upper management is not ready to invest neither in technology nor in employees.
    10-12 hours of work Daily

    Advice to Management

Think outside of your own pocket and retain good employees.
