    I have been working at Epsilon full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Epsilon treats its employees great. We have unlimited PTO and can work remotely three days a week. There are multiple employee parties with drawings, food, drinks, a live band, and more. They try to foster a good culture and it works.

    Cons

    The downside is pay and the annual merit raises. They're hardly even noticeable on your paycheck. Also, they want you to jump in right away and immediately know how to do something you've never done before. Trial by fire is one thing but being completely helpless is another.
