    Pros

    Great people. Challenging work. always looking at ways to lead the industry - Great benefits. Solid growth plan across most job roles - Everybody is committed to our clients success. Epsilon has set itself up to become the model Marketing Agency of the 21st Century.

    Growing very quickly - a lot of new cultures merging into the overall organization

    Advice to Management

    Be quicker to make changes if a business unit is underperforming - (people, process, etc...)
