    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Epsilon has been a good place to work. I enjoy it much, as the people who make up the company are great to work with.

    Cons

Not much to complain about from my experience. Even with the economy as it is, I think Epsilon and its' leadership have been up front and truthful to us as employees.

    Advice to Management

Good job. I can only imagine how difficult it might be to be a CEO in this economy.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

The company is turning a solid profit. Layoffs have been minimal. CEO Bryan Kennedy is now running the show. Always hiring.

    Cons

Overall, benefits and pay are below industry. Management is spotty; some managers have been promoted to current positions because of long tenure with the company and lack managerial skills.

    Advice to Management

We're bringing in the green -- get rid of the 5% pay cut. More emphasis on training opportunities. Recognize talent and promote accordingly.
