          Pros

          Wish I had any pros

          Cons

Interesting how Epsilon built an entire team of 7 people within DEI/CSR/Wellness all led by an executive but now have entirely eliminated the whole team with only 2 people left to support, layered under another HRBP. Epsilon completely faked their support for DEI out of the 2020 movement. They are not committed to anything for Diversity Equity and Inclusion - shown by reversing their commitment and disintegrating the DEI team. They are a homogenous company and have zero intention to change. Unlimited time off? Don't buy it. Career advancement? Not happening in HR unless you are homogenous and obeys leadership and never tries to innovate.

Do recruiters actually look at linked in profiles after a candidate has applied for a job? My resume is the most updated document, not so much my linked in profile. Is it a must to update my profile (with info about what was done in each role) or does a well executed resume suffice?
