I have been working at Equian full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Interesting work; very intelligent co-workers; flexibility; opportunities for growth and innovation

    Cons

Equian is a diverse company and is geographically spread across the US. It takes a little while to learn about the various lines of business, but that is also a plus in terms of our market offerings.

    Advice to Management

Continue to innovate and look to future growth. Keep a positive work/life balance a priority for employees.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Equian full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Chaos, because of the many M&As has created lots of opportunities.

    Cons

Chaos, has created red tape and hoops you've to jump through to get things done!

    Advice to Management

Race towards being a stable enterprise, and hire/retain smart people.

I worked at Equian full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Good benefits, well were better, but still decent. Does a 6% match to your 401k. Throws the left over food to the employees after clients dont eat it all.

    Cons

No raises even though we are having record year. Lots of back stabbing office politics. No one is actually tenured longest worker on my team was 4 years maybe, i was one of the longer ones at 2 years before i left.

    Advice to Management

Maybe dont listen to rumors and back stabbing before assesing situations. Give proper pay raises .35 is a joke for one of the highest proformers on the team as a year raise.
