    Pros

You would like here if you work with Microsoft Technologies
Good place to start career, experts/experience not welcome
    Popcorn Thursdays

    Cons

Highly chaotic environment. Everyone is hyper busy but hardly anything gets done
Top down management. Leaders think they know the best and often change their mind
    Disagreement is suicidal

    Advice to Management

Management, especially in IT, is paranoid of change because it is perceived as a weakness of their existing operating procedure. Management needs to align with the new reality of 'Working Smarter' rather than 'Working Harder'. Since TALX has grown out of earlier mergers and acquisitions, there are many groups within the IT organization that don't like each other. Career advancement/professional growth happens only if aligned within certain groups. Decisions are made with no forethoughts and disagreement is perceived as challenge by management. One can succeed with good 'Good Old Boy' country club charm only.

    Pros

Having the Equifax name on your resume'

    Cons

There is absolutely no training. When it comes to promotions, it's know what you know...it's not even who you know - it's who likes you. Sharing of information is minimal. For a technology information company, it leaves a lot to be desired

    Advice to Management

    Bet it together
