      Weak senior management lacking in basic leadership skills. Very poor treatment of staff and history of high turnover. Low team morale after covid layoffs and abrupt changes.

      Some of the best career pathing in banking. Great leadership, fun environment, lots of access to clients and learning.

      none to note. as expected from banking, hours can be difficult. Pay is great.
