You get benefits, but have to "complete tasks" every year to keep them. For instance, last year we had to take this long survey that asked way to may personal questions. this year we have schedule a physical. It's just too much for people who already work late hours and weekends to worry about.

    Cons

Everything. Pay sucks. Commission Sucks. Don't even think about getting a promotion. (unless your in the secret equity society)

    Advice to Management

    You're losing great employees.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great benefits, strong company, stable income

    Cons

Workloads are too heavy for the quality expected, and when you DO go above and beyond you can expect a pat on the back but that's it. I came from a management position out of state and had to take a technician job to get my foot in the door in this economy, (maybe not the best time to relocate), but I really see no way out of my current job. I originally took this position because I need to feed my family and I heard that they are very good about promotions, I have experienced the opposite and I am out looking for a whole new career.....again.

    Advice to Management

Quit cutting corners to save a dime when poor workmanship and unhappy employees are the real source of your problems. Don't scratch your heads and wonder what went wrong when you cut pay and don't provide the training , tools, and supplies necessary to do a good job and then you get bad review scores.
