        Pros

        - Areas of opportunity available for growth (can be market dependant if smaller) - Rent discount above the typical industry standard of a flat 20% - Implemented a Values Council who collaborate on matters of: diversity, equity, inclusion, social responsibility, sustainability employee engagement and total wellbeing - Training(s) and support systems available for a multitude of topics

        Cons

        - They offer a Flex Schedule but certain positions are exempt - Commission payout is low compared to competitors - For my specific market, I wish Corporate / Senior Management had more interactions with on-site employees

There Are So Many Ways To Apply Oneself In A Positive Atmosphere, Helping Community Members Enjoy The Full Benefits Of Residential Management And Property Maintenance; A Great Place To Work Where Others Do Not, Which Is Very Rewarding As You Are Welcome And Made A Part Of The Community, Because You Truly Care!

          Cons

Needs Further Coaching Of Staff To Adhere To Building And Electrical Codes, Further Training And Continued Engineering Maintenance Education Required As Problems Continue To Arise From Previous Failed Service Maintenance Practices And Bubblegum Patch Techniques; It's Concerning When Plumbers Don't Even Use A Product In Which Other Technicians Do And Don't Understand How Damaging It Will Be To The Company Property In The Present Future; Other Staff Are Disgruntled And Appear To Take Acts That Inherently Are Disrupting In Every Aspect Of Maintenance Occurrences....Still, Buildings Can Be Saved....

        Operations Manager

I’m currently interviewing at 2 companies. I’m in the final round for Company A, and probably have another 2-3 interviews for Company B I’m more interested in the role at Company B. How can I leverage Company A to hopefully have Company B expedite their hiring process?

        Senior Manager

Is anyone familiar with organizations that use the interview process to assign candidates strategic work or business cases just to get free consulting with no intention on hiring them? How often does this happen? Have you been a part of this type of thing before? What are some signs you can give candidates to ensure we dont get taken advantage of?

        Project Manager

Tokenism and future interviews - how can one avoid it? Interviewed for a Telecom position,at end of interview the Manager says, this is not my position, I am interviewing for another manager. Got a rejection from HR. Asked for feedback, they said No Negative feedback affected your candidacy. We had an overwhelming number of well-qualified candidates and had to make some tough decisions. Note: I have worked for this company for 14+ years in the past, done that job, and am more than qualified.
