No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Ericsson-Worldwide full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Government like job / benefits with excessive emphasis of following corporate processes and policies without taken into account the realities on ground.

Cons

No growth. Only people who say YES to every stricture emanating from top can survive and grow, others no matter how talented will rust in this company.

Advice to Management

Change the middle management as they are stifling the company, especially satellite offices which are far away from corporate hierarchy.

    Pros

Uh it's decent place to work. The building is nice and the people are okay. The job is boring but its easy

    Cons

Pay is not great but it's about average. The logistics and supply area is very behind the times technologically. SAP servers are extremely slow.

I have been working at Ericsson-Worldwide full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Insurance, kept individuals who know their stuff, having meetings with managers/directors more often, instead of always having company wide meetings, people, being able to contribute to groups who can make a difference.

    Cons

Not having a window cube, low pay, people who do the basically the same job having a higher title and more pay, not offering WFH a couple of days during the week which would save on gas, playing favorites.

    Advice to Management

Offer WFH to individuals who do not have direct communication daily with customers, don't keep saying you like to see your workers when you are always in meetings, adjust the pay for those who have proven their worth many, many, times, and give the same title to everyone who does the same job but for different customers.
