Very bad place to work due to awful mobbing management - Senior Expert Erste Group Employee Review

- Bad management - Mobbing practices - Top level B-1 ( M.P ) with mobbing manager bellow, ( E.C, I.K ) - DWH unit - Mobbing of Austrian employees on daily basis - Old tech, no innovation, advancement for "friends" only - Not a good place to work unless you suck up, no people development, no measurable KPIs, bonuses are given to "friends" - Hiring for management is not competence based, some of best Austrian employees are mobbed when they apply, support personal is taken instead of experts ( but they are friendly with top management ).
