    Negative Outlook

I worked at Eshel & Partners, LLP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The employees that work there, bookkeepers and staff auditors are really sweet down to earth people.

    Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing or how to manage an accounting firm, they spend 95% of their time working on real estate, the managing partner is overseas, and they leave foreigners with the wrong experiences in charge of getting clients and maintaining client satisfaction. The hours, salary and benefits and responsibility expectations are unreasonable.

    Advice to Management

    1) Pay your employees what they are worth
    2) Pay attention to your employees skills and learn how to use them
    3) Show a tone at the top, flaky management and pushy HR doesn't help your employees happiness
