List of Improvement area is Huge - Manager DGT Essence Employee Review

Essence has grown rapidly,however the culture has gone down tremendously due to the following reasons: 1. Favoritism is shown in front of your face without any fear. 2. Operational Expertise is clearly missing as the complete management is run by those who never worked in operations. 3. Decisions are made on assumptions, even no data is maintained for quarterly review(Reflektive). 4. KRA's were not defined till Oct 2019(after 1.5 years of process establishment), and after that till date hardly anyone is following those KRA's. 5. Poor communication from senior management - most of the things we are informed through verbal communication(not on email) to us, which leads to multiple back and forth to close the conversation. That's not all, list is too long.
