Great culture and benefits. Family Orientated and large number of Holidays off plus Summer Fridays. Continuing Education benefits, plus career growth programs.
Cons
PTO policy is outdated. Only the "front of house" offices get updated. Your career development is largely due to your management and if they like/ fight for you. HR is notoriously slow and do not protect the employees. Employees don't get promoted to the very high-level jobs, usually that are brought in from other companies.
