Pros

Good Location in san fransisco
Decent compensation and benefits package

No proper guidance for new recruits. They are made to work like they are sent to battlefield right when they join.

I have been working at Esurance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great Pay and good benefits

    Cons

Horrible Managers. Say lots of room to grow but it is just to different departments and most of the time it is a pay cut. Horizontal growth.

    Advice to Management

FIre all current ASM's and hire new ones that actually do something rather than just sit around all day

I have been working at Esurance full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some of the people are nice to work with. You meet people from many different cultures. The company is becoming more well known since the Allstate purchase. There is coffee and tea in the kitchen.

    Cons

The most talented people leave the company either because the work environment is too stifling or because they can't advance in their career at a reasonable pace.

Ask what the turnover rate is for a team before joining the company. It's a well known and accepted fact that management is very stingy with promoting.

    Advice to Management

Make the necessary changes to attract bright young talent, then promote them.
