Pros

Job stability.Strong Marketing team. Can't think of anything else.

Cons

H1-b sweat shop..Horrible place to work for IT folks..No planning from senior management. No work life balance for IT folks. If you want to spend your weekends working on legacy applications, this is for you.
All the good reviews are from a recent email sent out to all employees to provide a review on Glass door. Most of the positive reviews are from Sales/Customer representatives who seem to be happy. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Advice to Management

Worrying about the quality than quantity would make this a better place to work.

    Pros

if you are considered a "permanent employee you do have perks...they offer fun things to do...but it also depends on what department you are from

    Cons

being from an agency we were told it would take 3 months to become permanent...we found out that it takes up to 12 months to be considered a permanent employee

    Advice to Management

consider who you hire...drug testing would be nice.... and think about hiriing a permanent employee a little quicker...we will move on...offer more perks for your outbound agents
