      Probably the Marketing engine and team

      Cons

      Culture - simply don't care about staff, recruit for access to your network and then push people out once this has been exhausted. Very one dimensional from a product perspective and a poor leadership team outside of the marketing function.

      Salary is decent The work is straight forward Most of the people are friendly

      Cons

      Leadership is toxic The product is not competitive nor interesting to work on. It's not something that is going to challenge or add skills to most average or above developers.
