Lots of gossip, one of the other gsa's was the sister of the owner so lots of double standards, they don't care about you only want you to sell for them. To the point of almost harassment. Don't recommend this company.

No waxing during shift (Managers don’t listen to this rule) Low pay (Almost impossible to get raises, and if so very low) Drama- Employees/Customers No discipline for no showing employees or customers No rewards for helping out or stepping up to the plate Saying the same script over and over Not clear communication Except the company to be your life Managers don’t Manage Commission is awful High school drama like atmosphere
