My company cares about their associates and our values are actually represented in our day to day business. This is a place where you can grow, and they promote from within and has competitive pay. I started off at the front desk and continue to have further aspirations with EWC. The culture is one of a kind here and people genuinely care about one another.
Cons
When I first started my manager did a lot of micromanaging- kind of showed me what not to do. As a manager now it can be challenging to deal with all associates and workload, but again this is in any management position you just have to find a balance.

I love the come rottery that you develop with the girls you work with in the center. The wax is amazing and they're products do what they say they'll do.
Cons
You never know when you're entitled to a raise and they will definitely not tell you. When you have an interview they tell you that you are guaranteed to have a raise every 6 months that is not happening. Even if your fully booked and selling products. They took our incentives for selling and the GSA's could not get a raise because the wax passes were taken aswell. The GM makes the rules not corporate.
