I worked at a local franchisee. While the pay is a good entry level position, it wasn’t sustainable. The commission was great and the was an overall good moral with coworkers. Under the wrong management and poor team dynamics could really determine otherwise.

The friendly co workers, some nice clients, people are happier once they quit or they get disposed of

Bullying/ harassment by management, unsafe supplies, risk of losing your license due to their irresponsibility/ neglect, don’t treat you like human, lie about your pay, you will not make money, walked all over, let’s employees get SEXUALLY HARASSED and HIRED the person and took over 5 people to report it including another location, racism, deletes bad reviews about the racism, untrustworthy with your money, unsanitary, building covered in filth, mice, bugs, mold, mail-practice; everything they teach you is wrong, also you’ll be fully booked and won’t even see $800 checks, 2% commission on all services, 1% commission on products, need to work an equal of 7days a week for health benefits, don’t let you call out even when there is a family emergency or an emergency in general, put employees at risk. Not a safe work environment. Nobody is happy there. you’ll never be good enough, take credit for all of your work, will feel like you’re working for nothing, racism was allowed, bullying was allowed, and sexual harassment was allowed, unorganized, unprofessional management, liars.
