Every location will have different management, but in my experience, the company as a whole is very organized and efficient with how they run things. Great sales experience and good commission for sales.

Pros
I worked at a local franchisee. While the pay is a good entry level position, it wasn’t sustainable. The commission was great and the was an overall good moral with coworkers. Under the wrong management and poor team dynamics could really determine otherwise.
