I have been working at Eurovia full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Advice to Management

Continuez de rester attentifs aux équipes

I have been working at Eurovia full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great perks Nice offices in Horsham Friendly staff

    Cons

Distinct lack of flexible working Top down management style out of pace with modern workplace Certain managers lack of confidence in staff Relatively high turnover in staff

    Advice to Management

Introduce flexible working as standard. Do not be afraid to let go of the reins a little and trust that your staff will achieve and deliver what they need to. Using the old adage of "everyone is equal - if the gangs can't work like that, no one can" is outmoded for a modern workplace. Given how focused the company is on innovation, the current work practices do not always allow that.
