Pros

Good place to learn. Good challenges, independent thinking and initiatives encouraged. Lot of opportunities to contribute! Workforce is young and vibrant.

Cons

Penny wise and pound foolish! No investment in employee care. Long working hours!

Advice to Management

You need not be the highest pay master in the industry, but can provide other benefits!! Take the courage to get back to the clients that our Value Proposition in no longer based on the number of hours that we service you, but on the quality and innovation that we provide. Hence, reduce the work timing! This will definitely help the organization grow and retain employees.

    Pros

    Good to learn
    Collegial environment
Decent pit stop for your career, on an initial level

    Cons

    Horrible reatment for employees
    Pathetic transparency
    Little motivation
    Very poor compensation
    Long working hours
Managers treat lower employees like lesser humans, low care for safety, wellness, leave and personal aspirations

    Advice to Management

Your greed for growth has been a very inhumane experience for employees.

I worked at Evalueserve full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Opportunity to move to different centers across the globe
    - Exposure to bright people and good professional environment
    - Loved that lot of things you can drive

    Cons

    - Projects are very basic and management tries to keep the project low-end
    - Salary is too low
    - Scale limits the opportunity to try out new things
    - They play on low cost and end up burning out their employees

    Advice to Management

I know that Marc and Ashish are very talented people; however, the organization has lost creativity and desire to do big. We should move up the value chain and take high-end work as well, otherwise EBITDA, revenue/employees, general happiness quotient of employees, and work-life balance will remain poor.
