Great place to work! Many effected by COVID, but has a great enviroment

Team Culture People Willing to roll up your sleeves mentality Great in-office perks (for those who go in)
Cons
-There can sometimes be a dis-connection between people leading and executing a project/product and executive staff's thoughts on it. Making decisions without knowing what's going on. -There can be favoritism between mid-management and upper management. Certain people excel much quicker than others, and it's not always based on performance.

Finally a Company where employees mental health is a priority
Feb 16, 2023 - Customer SuccessRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The most competitive benefits package out there. Eventbrite is a great company because they prioritize their employees before their customers. Which should always be the case. Leadership is truly here to empower all and make sure everyone is able to succeed within their roles but also personally. I could not brag enough on how proud I am to be part of such an amazing company.
Cons
It would be nice to have more culture groups available to the POC that don't fit in with the current group. Though Black & Brite is an amazing group that is inclusive to all :)
