      Pros

      It's a good place to be your first couple months when you're building experience.

      Cons

      You get asked to do a lot more than what you signed up for. You need to say no to a lot and be comfortable with doing such.

      Pros

      Yoga on Fridays! Variety of snacks available! Espresso Machine! This is a great environment to work in and Kelly is very understanding and accommodating when I need to pick up my child early.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn and do and not enough time to do it.
