Pros

1) You will get your own office in this small business
2) If you are a lawyer, you will have plenty of opportunities to spend time in court
3) Communication between employees is open and honest

Cons

1) There are no many downsides other than Everett Law Firm being a very small business so there are no many opportunities for growth. It also seems like you can get stuck into a routine doing the same things day to day.

Advice to Management

There is no need to micromanage so much. I understand you cannot trust employees; however, if the hiring process was more stringent, it might be possible to get people that more reliable.

I worked at Everett Law Firm full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You will learn traffic law and know it better than 98% of attorneys licensed in the state. The owner works remotely but is overall a good guy. Some people don't like him, but then some people are just some people.

    Cons

Low pay, poor benefits, you learn everything there is to know about traffic law in about a week.

    Advice to Management

No advice. The firm is what it is and makes no promises.
