Pros

- Best teammates I ever had and we juggle the struggle in this company together during the hard times (pressure and no clear direction from the management) of our project - The majority of people in this company are young, fresh, and energetic. I can easily connect and socialize with other teams/dept. due to no age barrier

Cons

- No clear direction from the management. We didn't get any information about the company's goal but in other hand, the target is still up and running. So we felt distance and not aligned with the management and the business goal - Due to no clear direction, our team's target had a very tight deadline and seemed like a ticking bomb until the management realizes that the target doesn't make any sense - Have you ever had a late night meeting? Sooner or later, you will know how it is in this company - During my time in here, everyone, literally everyone, from all division/depts wants to quit the company. We often make jokes to each other by asking "when's your last day?" or "when will you resign?"

Pros

- A good workplace for fresh graduates and entry-level employees, including those without prior experience, with clear opportunities for learning and growth. - The company provides appropriate and up-to-date gadgets based on job roles. - During my tenure (2019–2021), there were real career development opportunities. I started as a Customer Service representative and progressed to a Campaign Executive. - The team environment was supportive and positive (but it's my team back then, idk about other team and right now)

Cons

- Insurance benefits were standard and sufficient, but not premium. - No other significant issues during my time with the company.

Pros

At Evermos, you’re expected to be highly independent and proactive in your learning. There’s a steep learning curve, but limited structured guidance or mentorship, almost no mentoring at all, so much of your growth depends on your own initiative and ability to navigate challenges.

Cons

Low salary compared to market standards for a Senior Manager role. Compensation across similar roles can feel uneven, and decisions may appear subjective, sometimes influenced by personal preferences rather than clear, transparent criteria. No bonus. No career growth.
