      Local offices treat everyone like family

      Cons

      At the corporate level, it’s cut throat and political. Instead of hiring more people they just expect everyone to work 50+ hours. Almost impossible to get a raise. Systems and SOPs are outdated. Billing and invoicing really need improvement and more people.
