- best environment you can get to work in - no pushback on use of AI tools or new methodologies - a kind of corporate benefits you can expect from a highly rated established company like Google
Cons
- too much biased for Chennai-based folks - Some processes which are set by management keeps on going even if doesn't work. They do encourage feedback but doesn't take action on it - You might not loose your job but you will only get visibility if you achieve 100%. Efforts will go unnoticed.
