      The team is good, the guys are supportive and helpful

      Cons

      Managers don’t know what they’re doing, they’re biased and contradict their own words, setting you up for failure, unrealistic expectations, the work flow is a mess, progressively been going downhill since the past 3 years- would not recommend for anyone looking for a job that’s good for their mental health- especially the poor apprentices

      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance . The management team really seems to care about their employees. You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when you need to; its a fair trade.

      Cons

      Fast paced with customers from all sectors. (If you love a challenge this is ideal)
