Pros

High salary that is expected and a bare minimum due to the workload they give

Cons

The management are incompetent, they refuse to do the solution that is really needed which is to hire people. They make decisions that ruin perfectly working systems and things instead of solving it properly. The moment everything is okay, they decide on something to ruin it. They do not even explain why they are doing it and only give out the reason “business needs” even if it does not make sense. More than a year, agents are requesting to hire people but instead of hiring they remove people and rotate them through brands making it more difficult for everyone. They do not listen to production teams, they do not also relay it to the big bosses of the company. When you skip the management and go straight to HR, they get mad. Micro managing all the decisions which makes everything worse. Quality of work is greatly sacrificed which makes working for them demotivating. Treats agents like slaves not listening to their concerns. They are causing great mental stress to all workers increasing the morality rate

Pros

1. Pay - no questions; this is what the employees stay for 2. Co-workers - no matter who your team mates are, you will not feel alone

Cons

1. No growth after you get promoted 2. A lot of policies or decisions made without thinking or testing; if they thought something out of the blue, they implement it without checking for repercussions 3. HR laughs at your hardships - work related or personal 4. HR gives out NTEs or NODs super late like if you did something 8 months ago, they will penalize you after 12 months 5. Things got worst after the founders left the company

Pros

Supportive and collaborative teammates: The QA team was close-knit and easy to work with. We helped each other, which made the work environment positive. Improved work-life balance: The shift from 10.5-hour workdays to 8 hours while keeping a 5-day workweek was a great change that improved rest and productivity. Good communication with other departments: Collaborating with teams like Training and Content was smooth and efficient, allowing ideas to flow for improving customer support. Valuable QA experience: I gained important skills in analyzing customer service quality and providing feedback that helps improve products and services. Fun team culture: The QA team had a friendly, close, and supportive atmosphere, making it an enjoyable place to work despite challenges.=]

Cons

Redundant tasks: Some QA activities, like coaching agents and holding huddles, overlapped with team leaders’ responsibilities, making certain efforts feel repetitive and time-consuming. Frequent leadership changes: Leadership turnover affected consistency in how support was delivered and created some uncertainty within the team.
