    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Examination Management Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co workers are friendly and nice.

    Cons

Company does not believe in training current and new employees. No real effective policies and procedures in place, tenor employees do not share knowledge. Salaries are not competitive in Dallas. No growth opportunities and the company does not want to reinvest into people. Senior level management mircomanaged management, no authority from management.

    Advice to Management

It appears that upper management is not listening to the employees. If you trust them enough to hire subordinates, trust them to do the job. Allow consensus within the departments, stop allowing Senior management / VP to control all of the decision-making, relinquish the power, from hiring to making level decisions that does not require upper management approval. Hire quality people at decent salaries. Be open to chance and see how far the company would evolve.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Examination Management Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company had a decent website to do reports and expenses on, and they had a fuel card and paid for the motels,

    Cons

They claimed that they paid three hundred per month for your vehicle expense, however you never saw that money for one reason or another.

    Advice to Management

I would eliminate some of the managers in the company, making it easier on employees to handle case updates..
