    Pros

    it's a union house the pay is great paid holidays birthday pay, you should apply for a job because in 2016 the MGM is opening a stadium. and the Excalibur is going to get even more customers.

    Cons

    just being home and able to answer the phone to go to work.

    Pros

    Probably the best culture in a hotel you'll ever find, and yes at the Excalibur. The front desk team is amazing they treat you well.

    No flexibility when you start (goes by seniority)

    Great health care, good employees, and easy to get around

    Cons

    Angry guests, management seems to not listen, never a set schedule, high turnover rate

    Advice to Management

    Take the time to teach and know your employees. Those that reach out on issues should not be left behind in the dust and ignored from the struggles they are going through. Each person is unique in skills and should be looked at for such. Realize that other people do have lives or second jobs outside of work and need a breather once in a while and other people should step in to help cover other shifts of employees don't...
