      No training, no help when needed, no support. If you're not apart of the "corporate click" you will be looked over and ignored.

      Fantastic support from Asset Manager, strong systems to follow, great attention to detail.

      Cons

      Residents can have many issues needing to be addressed. Not always enough time to share our hearts.
