Pros
They sell the person to the client.
Cons
We are contractors. That makes us tools that they rent out to the clients. They don't get to know us and our needs and lives. They just care about advertising us and selling us to the clients and a pretty package. Their hiring process is so complicated it wears us down. They provide no assurances that they jobs will last and what they will do for us. They never actually meet with the worker and get to know him/her. Everything is done over email and phone.
Advice to Management
Think of your workers as people and not as tools to rent.

Great team and location for work.

No annual increases for my department, hard to become a direct hire.

Consider annual increases for all associates.
