    Pros

    Positive changes are visible on the floor.More work on project planning ,handling client deadlines need to be more streamlined.open culture.Free evening snacks.

    Cons

    Better face girl in BA gets all opportunities. Again part of Star Parivar. Gets all sorts of privileges in the company. Treated Special. Birthday of star parivar is celebrated by throwing party in the hotel.Rest all birthday star parivar will not even bother to wish also.Sometime good face works in favor and getting favors in job.All good quality technical work given to only one member at Sr.Architect level from... star parivar. There are people who can do way better than him.But the management has to try giving it to others and not keep all the good work only within family/friends/relatives.Dare to have guts to be successfully by not being partial.All good quality work will go to them.Nothing is tracked for them there attendance there timings in the company as they are special group people.

    Advice to Management

    New management should look in to this and break the favoritism.Try to exit the star parivar members from the company it will help to grow the company.There are other efficient BA/FC's Architects in office who can deliver better than star parivar member.If this team is moved out ,company will grow and be successful than even imagined.

    I have been working at Excellon Software full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Many new technologies coming in lot of new things to learn. Work distribution to all resources is getting streamlined. New management on board the senior people have actually started working. Senior members used to go home for lunch for 2-3 hrs daily which has stopped. Otherwise people had to wait for work discussion till the leads /managers/ senior management is back in office from lunch. Company provides free... snacks and lot of activities in company which keeps the office lively. Work decisions are made faster as people have someone senior to guide them . Employees used to feel lost on the floor for getting work related decisions.

    Cons

    Should give chance to other people in the company apart from Star Family to work in new version of Excellon . Stop doing partiality and assuming only those from the family / relatives and friends can work and perform in the company. Stop bossing around for being part of Star Family.

    Advice to Management

    Management should address all on the new clients , work coming in. Should be more open to give visibility.
