Line management, intelligent colleagues, back office staff lovely

Cons

Poor business planning, directors are quite old and just seem to want to milk the company for dividends, no coherent business development plan, very tight with money, poor salary reviews (I got 2.5% when inflation was 13%)

- No career development - No guidance or training from manager - Poor people management - Work from home policy applies to certain people only - Poor recruitment process and onboarding -Senior management openly disagreeing with Board members
