Pros

Very good pay and pay structure
Outstanding benefits
Great people
Management team very competent
Good information sharing from management team
Willing to invest in the business - technology, training, etc.

Cons

Limited career advancement opportunities for functional team members
Does not take advantage of being part of the huge organization of Deustche Post-DHL
Process and direction from DP-DHL can get in the way
Training and development of team is basically lip service - plenty of resources but not afforded time for personal development

    Pros

Plenty of opportunity for advancement if you're willing to move around. Very diverse customers makes it easy to find something you would be interested in.

    Cons

Hours vary by shift and aren't necessarily equal. Night shift works about 10-20 more hours a week than days. The shifts work against each other instead of as a team.

    Advice to Management

View the sites as more of a team effort. Break down barriers between shifts. Be open about career development plan.

    Pros

Just be thankful you have a job. Well that what management always tell us when we complain. probably a great company for management but horrible if your an hourly employee.

    Cons

no annual pay raises and no advancement. sad for a company that made 4.7 billion in revenue.

    Advice to Management

At least have human resources available for its employees. I notice this company has cut back on HR and all other personnel to save money. They instead have HR working at more than a couple of warehouse sites and hardly ever available for any time with there employees. Oh yea quit hiring cheap labor illegal immigrants and if caught just turning a blind eye to blame it on the temp agency. your killing the middle class and this country.
