    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Exertis full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fantastic training and support when I started. A really nice environment and great people to work with.

    Cons

Genuinely non - I really enjoyed my time here.

    Advice to Management

Director's tended to stay in their offices and never come onto the floor, except to speak to managers. Being more inclusive could be better for morale.

Former Employee - Warehouse Worker in Burnley, England
    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Exertis full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Some of the warehouse workers are nice

    Cons

Managers and directors are on a power trip. No regard for safety of workers. Poor floor management. No AC so during the summer they hand out ice lollies so workers dont pass out instead of actually paying for an AC System. Security is a joke. Do overtime or you will be fired.

    Advice to Management

Actually manage the warehouse and space instead of having workers who aren't managers or supervisors, negotiating with other departments. Stop requesting overtime to workers and firing them if they refuse. Just hire more workers, every department is understaffed.
