For me , the drive is the worst for me it takes me over an hour to get to work. The salary is a little on the low end.

    Advice to Management

Continue to do what you are doing. The company is continuing to grow while offering its employees great opportunities. Keep it up!

I worked at Exeter Finance full-time

    Pros

Good People to work with. Work life balance is not so bad as well.

    Cons

No growth opportunies...........unless you worked for a "particular" competing company. If that's your case, heck you might become the next VP of your department even if you are not qualified.

    Advice to Management

Don't say your in retention mode when you are clearly not. Start trying to actually keep your good employees rather than replacing them with bottom of the barrel talent and please please please start promoting within.
