    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Company have bright and talented people. Good technical exposure and exciting technologies. Stable company compare to others.

    Cons

Almost zero emphasis in attempting to retain good employees. Employees are given the impression that they can go anytime and is replaceable. Low value on employees contribution. Benefits is mediocre but they think that it is the best. It is very hard to join Experian and when you do, there is nothing special on the job- it is just like other companies so dont think you are very special. I know of several people who had left because there is nothing special for all that was boasted during interviews.
Pathetic practice to have fruit day and chill Out (eating) events - these do not make us happy.

Will not recommend to friends due to the low level of appreciation and retaining effort from management even if you're a good excellent employee.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees and give reasonable consideration. Dont think that you are always right! Walk the talk!
