Pros

They actually want to make you into a good sales person
External and internal training are very impressive
Good people who are driven and know how to have fun
Complex sale is great if you want to truly learn a solution sale at a young age
All reps travel so even inexperienced people get to do face 2 face meetings
If you truly want to be a good salesperson this a great place to start your career
Top performers get promoted and continually challenged

Cons

Lack of work life balance
Quota is tough to achieve if you are an inexperienced sales person
Very young management team means that many mistakes are made and internal promotions mean viewpoint is a little myopic
Job is lower paying and harder than most other jobs in the bay area

Advice to Management

management is trying to improve but keeping salaries low means they cannot afford to hire the people that can truly come out of the gates fast. In a similar vein they have lost senior talent to companies willing to provide more autonomy and higher compensation.
